Trim Levels

The Sierra EV debuted with just one trim level, the Denali edition. Denali is GMC’s naming convention for its highest, most luxurious, and most sophisticated trim levels.
The 2025 GMC Sierra EV is once again available in Denali trim to start with, but GMC says there will be two other trims, the off-road-focused Sierra EV AT4, and the mid-tier Elevation model, likely with a slightly smaller battery pack.

Powertrain and Range

Sierra EV boasts front and rear electric motors which output a combined 754 HP and 785 pound-feet of torque, enough to accelerate this large pick-up from 0-60mph in just 4.5 seconds. 
With a large battery onboard the GMC Sierra EV is capable of 440 miles of range, and 100 miles of range takes just 10 minutes of charging via any 800-volt DC fast charge station, including public stations. 

Interior

As GMC drivers expect, a luxury interior offers supreme comfort. The seats are upholstered in GMC’s signature quilted high-performance seating material, CoreTec and the dashboard features authentic engineered basswood and elegant Galvano chrome finishes. The infotainment system is powered by a 16.8-inch diagonal touchscreen display complete with wireless Apple Carplay™ and Android Auto™ connectivity, which allows you to control the Bose™ premium 7-speaker audio system. 

The driver and passenger seats are both heated and ventilated, with eigh-way power adjustability. 

Technology and Features

Drivers will love the incredible technology and features available in the 2025 Sierra EV. These include multiple drive modes, as well as a personalized “My Mode”. These modes adjust steering, suspension, propulsion sound, and power settings, so you can tailor your drive to your preferences and the driving conditions.

• Super Cruise™: GMC’s free one-year subscription gives drivers hands-free driving, automatic lane changing, and hands-free trailering on compatible roads. 
• CrabWalk™: Electric motors allow for four-wheel steering, which offers a smaller turning radius and diagonal driving at low speeds plus smoother lane changes and cornering at high speeds. 
• MultiPro™ Tailgate: GMC’s patented six-function tailgate offers a step, load stop, and other features not found anywhere in the class.
• MultiPro™ MidGate: The industry-first MultiPro™ MidGate allows the back seats to fold down and the rear window to come out, extending the truck bed into the cabin for a whopping 10 feet of cargo space.
