DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I had an absolutely horrendous experience purchasing a 2019 Lincoln MKZ from this dealership. From the very beginning, the price was falsely advertised, and once I was already invested in the process, I discovered layers of hidden fees and deceptive tactics that felt intentionally misleading. They sold me a car with no accidents history and showed me a report that had no accidents, but when I took my car to service center for oil change service, they ran the carfax and that showed an accident. After noticing my check engine light was on, I called Zeigler Buick GMC specifically because they assured me over the phone that the diagnostic would be free of charge.
