generally, speaking location is perfect. The guys sitting on the desk. They are very professional respectful, but I have a reason to believe that the quality of the oil provided by the gmc at the location is not satisfactory. Seems like a low quality.

I was very impressed with everyone I met. They were all very friendly and very helpful from when I first walked in for a service appointment to when I left after the work was done. I was able to bring my Enclave in the next day and have the work done quickly. I was even offered a courtesy ride to work, but I only work a few blocks away, so I decided to get some exercise. The service technicians here are horrendous. It took them a week to update my Google Maps and wanted to charge me $400. The Service Manager walked me to my car after I showed up unannounced to inquire why it had been a week without any updates. She had me log in and updated the maps through the settings menu. She said that she couldn’t in good conscience charge me for this.

I typically don't like to leave reviews. Though I must leave a review for my sales associate -Abel. For him it was more about building a relationship. He provided his personal number to stay in contact with me through the process. Abel went the extra mile to help finish the sale.
